Hot take: keeping a 'junk island' in Stardew beats a neat farm, but my girlfriend disagrees
Two nights ago in my Year 3 save on the Riverland farm, I dumped 40+ random items (driftwood, broken glasses, Clay) on one corner just to keep my chests clear, and she said it made the whole place look trashy. I think a messy corner is cozy and honest, like a real house, but she says a chill farm should look calm everywhere you walk. Where do you land on this, is a junk pile fine or should I finally clean it up?
