Question about the 800 hour mark on my Year 4 Stardew farm and why it felt weird

I hit 800 hours on my Stardew save last month and it snuck up on me because I only play an hour or so after dinner on the couch. Back in 2020 I was sharing a tiny place in Phoenix and my whole setup was a laptop on a TV tray, now I have a little corner desk with a lamp and a mug warmer and the farm looks completely different. Does anyone else look back at their old saves and feel like the game grew up alongside your real life?
