Hit 500 picks without a single load swing on my last job and it caught me off guard

I counted them up after my shift at the Port of Savannah last Friday and realized that milestone came from just taking an extra 10 seconds per lift to center the hook over the load before I ever leave the ground, has anyone else noticed a big jump in smoothness once you pass a certain number?
