He told me 6 months ago that skipping the walkthrough with the riggers would bite me someday, and last Tuesday I nearly dropped a 4,000 lb beam because nobody flagged a soft spot near the outrigger. Now I want to know what else you all do before the first pick that I'm probably rushing past.
