Somebody in the r/flipping comments told me to stop writing "rare" in my listings and it fixed my whole approach
Got roasted for calling a beat up desk lamp "rare" and "vintage" when I couldn't even name the maker, and honestly they were right. Now I write exactly what it is plus one real detail, like "brass lamp, small dent on shade, works great," and I sold 4 things in a week after sitting on them for months. Do you list flaws up front or wait for people to ask?
