Finally organized my open house flyers and it saved me a ton of time

I always used to just print a big stack of the same flyer for every open house. Today, I made two versions: one with a big photo for the yard sign box and a simpler one with just the facts for the door hangers. Having them ready to go meant I wasn't scrambling to sort papers while people were already showing up. Has anyone else found a better way to handle open house materials?

Seriously, it's just some paper flyers. People look at them for two seconds and then throw them away. I've seen agents use the same wrinkled sheet for the sign box and the door and it's fine. Is the extra time making two versions really worth it when most folks just check the price and move on?

Wait, you used to use the exact same flyer for everything? How did that even work with the yard sign box? The ones I've seen are so small, a full page flyer just gets all crumpled and wet. Your new system sounds way smarter, honestly. I'm shocked you managed before! That must have been such a mess every single weekend. I need to try your two-version idea, it sounds like a total game changer for being ready on time.
