Honestly, the best part of my route today was a lady and her cat

I was dropping off a package at an apartment complex in the west end, and this older lady was sitting on her steps with her huge orange cat. She looked at me and said, 'He thinks you're bringing his fan mail.' I had to laugh and told her I'd keep an eye out. It was just a silly ten-second chat, but it totally turned my mood around after a long morning. Anyone else have a random person make their day better like that?
