My daily step count went from 2k to 8k in a month without really trying
I got one of those basic step tracker apps on my phone a month ago just out of curiosity. First day, it said I only did about 2,000 steps, which honestly felt normal for my office job. I started parking at the far end of the lot and taking the stairs to my third floor office, just small stuff. Checked today and my average is over 8,000. It's wild how those tiny choices add up without feeling like a big workout. Anyone else see a jump like that from just a couple small habit changes?
