The founder who bragged about no meetings had zero product-market fit
Caught a founder on a podcast saying they ditched all meetings to 'protect deep work' and i just laughed. Their startup folded after 11 months because nobody was talking to customers, the only meeting that mattered. I install floors for a living and even i know you gotta check the subfloor before you lay anything, same logic applies to building a product. Has anyone else seen the anti-meeting crowd use it as an excuse to avoid hard feedback?
