My gallery wall file names were a total disaster last week

I organize my digital art showcase folders by client and date, but last week I pulled up an old project and the files were named like 'final_v2_actuallyfinal_USE_THIS'. It took me 45 minutes just to find the right version for a print order. I ended up renaming everything with a simple system like 'clientname_date_version' and it fixed the whole mess. Anyone else keep procrastinating file cleanup until something falls apart? What naming setup do you use that actually sticks?

Ever dig through a folder from like 2019 and find stuff named "untitled_1" through "untitled_47"? I did that recently and just closed the whole thing and made a sandwich instead. My actual system now is client initials plus a date, and honestly the only reason it sticks is I'm too lazy to type anything longer.
