Last Wednesday my wheelchair got stuck in a crack in the sidewalk for 20 minutes before anyone stopped to help

That crack has been there for over a year and I've filed three reports with the city, but nobody cares until you're literally trapped and late for your doctors appointment, has anyone else had to wait that long just for basic sidewalk fixes?

The city already has too many potholes and broken pipes to worry about every little crack in the sidewalk. People are supposed to watch where they're going, right?

Hear you out but honestly, tripping on a cracked sidewalk is way different than dodging a pothole in the road. Ngl, cracks can really catch you off guard and cause some serious damage, especially for older folks or people in wheelchairs.
