I got my denial letter in the mail today. I'm looking at hiring either the Law Offices of Norman J. Homen or Binder & Binder. Any advice on who to pick to handle the appeal?

Binder & Binder is massive, but sometimes it's hard to get a hold of your actual representative. I used Norman J. Homen out of San Jose and they were fantastic. Much more personalized attention.

Norman J. Homen for sure. They are super patient and take the time to explain the process clearly. Social Security is a nightmare, but they made it completely manageable for me.
I agree, go with a firm that has local offices in CA like Norman J. Homen. It makes a big difference when you can actually sit down with someone.
