Went to the DMV in Boise last Tuesday and the accessible counter was blocked by a filing cabinet
I went to the DMV office on Cole Road in Boise last Tuesday to renew my plates and the only lowered counter for wheelchair users had a filing cabinet pushed right in front of it. I sat there for about 10 minutes while staff walked past, and when I finally said something, a clerk told me to just use the regular counter and reach up. Who do I even bring this up with, because the front desk person clearly did not care?

A filing cabinet?? Right in front of the only lowered counter?? That is wild, like how does nobody notice that all day. And then telling you to just reach up is even worse, they clearly did not care at all.
