Turned a $6 bag of carrot seeds into a 3 foot tall fuzzy green blob and it took 5 months
Kept sowing carrots in my clay dirt and getting nothing but tiny orange nubs, so I gave up and let one row bolt on purpose. Turns out carrot fly ignores the fuzz and I got one honest carrot, plus a weird green monster the neighbors keep asking about. Anyone else let a crop go to seed just to see what happens?
