Pro tip: skip the Dremel on PVC pipe and just use a heat gun and sandpaper
I spent way too long trying to carve clean edges on my Mandalorian forearm guards with a Dremel and kept melting the plastic instead of cutting it. Switched to a cheap heat gun to soften the pipe and a 220 grit sanding block, and the trim lines came out way cleaner in about 10 minutes per piece. Anyone else got a go-to method for shaping PVC armor or am I late to this one?
