Can we talk about how everyone at my local shop swaps faceplates but nobody touches the rubber pads underneath
Talked to a guy at the Tulsa Retro Games meetup last Saturday who said he regrips his controllers every 8 months because the stock pads go slick long before the plastic shell ever cracks, which made me rethink why I keep spending $25 on cosmetic shells instead of $9 on new grip pads.
