I finally admitted the $180 foam roller and mat bundle was a waste of money
I want to warn people about one of those home gym starter bundles I bought about 5 months ago. It was a foam roller, a yoga mat, and a resistance band set from a big box store for $180. The mat started peeling after maybe 10 uses, and the foam roller was so soft it did nothing for my legs. I already had a $20 mat from Walmart that worked fine and a lacrosse ball for $4 that did more than that roller ever did. I felt pretty dumb standing in my garage looking at that pile of stuff. The bands were ok but you can get a set for like $15 online. I ended up giving most of it to my sister for her basement. Has anyone else bought one of those bundles and regretted it, or did I just pick a bad one?
