Last week I laid it on thick with a single scoop instead of my usual two thin passes, and my 160 mesh screen burned in 45 seconds under a 500 watt shop light in my Cleveland garage. Half the people I ask say thin coats and long burns are the only way to get clean edges, the other half say flood it and burn fast because the detail holds either way. Which camp are you in, and did your edges actually hold up when you went heavy on the emulsion?
