Got warned by an old pro about sketchy revision notes
I was working on a set of structural drawings for a warehouse in Tulsa about 2 years ago. An older drafter named Bill pulled me aside and said careful with those quick markups from the field, they can bury you. He showed me a set of redlines where someone had written change all bolts to 5/8 instead of clarifying which ones. That one little shortcut cost the company 12 hours of rework. Has anyone else had a single vague note turn into a big problem?

Funny thing is those vague notes are almost always written by the same guy who will swear up and down he was perfectly clear when you try to ask him about it later.

Find this everywhere too @blair_gibson78, like people who insist they told you the time but only said "it's late.
