Switched my line weights on a 40 sheet set and the plotter guy noticed

Started plotting everything at 0.35mm instead of my usual mix of 0.25 and 0.5, mostly out of laziness, and the prints came back way easier to read at half size. My checker in Baltimore asked what I changed because he stopped squinting at the sections. Anyone else run a single pen weight on purpose or am I making the drawing flat?
