Pressure gauge mix-up on the Hudson job
I was running the dredge and glanced at the suction pressure. It looked normal to me. Turns out I read it wrong by a whole unit. We overloaded the pump and had to stop work for half a day. Check your gauges twice, folks.

Half a day doesn't seem that bad in the grand scheme... seen way worse equipment mix-ups.

On the James River project, I did the same thing with the flow meter. Cost us a full day because I swore it was reading right. Now I double-check everything like my life depends on it.
