Serious question, has anyone else had their instant pot seal fail mid-cook?

I was making a 30-minute chicken chili in my apartment kitchen last night when the steam release valve just stopped holding pressure, leaving me with a pot of cold, raw ingredients and a huge mess to clean up at 8pm.

Ugh, yes! Mine did that with a pot roast... the seal just went soft and all the steam shot out the side. Had to toss the whole thing because the meat never got hot enough.

My instant pot once turned a chicken into a weird rubber ball. Guess I'm just not cut out for pressure cooking, you know?
