inMy old boss in Milwaukee drilled into us to always check the door switch first on a no-start washer.
Honestly, my buddy spent a whole afternoon swapping out a timer before he realized his kid's toy was jamming the door latch.

inRant: My bathroom vent fan took 4 hours to replace because the old housing was glued in with construction adhesive.
Sounds like your bathroom fan was installed by someone who never wanted it to come out. Congrats on the four hour workout.

Depstech is a decent budget brand, but their cables can be thin. For a pro tool that won't snap, you need a thicker, braided cable. The generic ones just don't have the same pull strength.

inMy boss in Portland told me to always use a bone folder for creasing, but my hands work better after 3 years of ignoring him.
My first bookbinding teacher was a total stickler for the bone folder. After about 50 projects, I realized my fingernail gave me way more control on thin papers. The tool just slides around sometimes. Now I only grab it for really thick cardstock, and my bindings look sharp. Your hands learn the pressure better than any piece of plastic.
