Sheet pan meals actually create more cleanup for me with all that baked-on grease. Everything ends up tasting the same after roasting together anyway. The hype feels kinda lazy compared to just making a simple stir fry.

My kitchen still has PTSD from that sheet pan salmon incident last week. @the_ray gets it, the baked-on grease is like edible glue on everything. Give me a wok any day for actually tasting different ingredients.
