Yeah, the boots on the ground catch things a remote check never will. I always do a remote scan first for the quick wins, then schedule a short physical visit to confirm the tricky stuff. That hybrid method saves so many headaches later.

That hybrid method really is the sweet spot. Found it cuts down on repeat visits for the same issue.

That "boots on the ground" line is so true. It's like when you read a recipe online versus actually tasting the food as you cook. You miss the little details otherwise. I see this everywhere now, like checking a map on your phone but still looking up at the street signs to be sure. The combo just works better than either one alone.
