Had a client fall asleep during a facial then snore so loud the front desk heard it
Last Tuesday I was doing a hydrating facial on a regular client and about 10 minutes in she started snoring like a chainsaw. I was using a warm jade roller and she didn't even flinch. The girl at the front desk texted me asking if everything was okay because it was that loud. Has anyone else had a client fully pass out during a treatment like that?

One time I had a guy who came in SUPER stressed after a work flight and he was OUT before I even finished cleansing. What REALLY worked for me was just going with it. Instead of trying to wake him or adjust anything, I just lowered the room lights a bit more and kept everything super gentle. I actually finished his treatment about 5 minutes early so he could just enjoy the quiet part without me disturbing him. The snoring is actually a COMPLIMENT in our world - it means they trust you completely and they're actually relaxed. Your front desk girl was probably just concerned but honestly I'd take a snorer over someone who talks the whole time any day.

Yeah "the snoring is actually a compliment" - that's exactly what my esthetician friend tells me... she had this one client who was so relaxed she actually drooled a little on the table and my friend was like "best day ever" lol. I had a guy once who fell asleep so hard during a facial that when I finished he was like "wait I still have 20 minutes right" and I had to gently tell him no that was the whole thing... he was really embarrassed but I was lowkey flattered. Snorers are just living proof we're doing our job right, you know?
