PSA: A client recognized me at the grocery store and showed me her peeling skin

I was just grabbing milk when a past client spotted me and pulled up her sleeve to show a reaction from a new cream. She wanted my opinion right there in the aisle, with people walking by. It was pretty awkward, but I gave a quick thought on seeing a doctor. Does this kind of thing happen to you all often? I'm curious how you handle unscheduled consultations in public.

Hey @wood.zara, what made you think the advice was about milk? I was just chatting, not giving shopping tips or anything. Idk, maybe it's just me but that wasn't the point.
