Finally got my grandma's biscuit recipe right after 8 tries
I kept overworking the dough because I thought I had to knead it like bread. Turns out you just pat it together gently for maybe 30 seconds max. Has anyone else struggled with a family recipe that seemed simple but took forever to nail?
