Spent 4 hours on a glue-down job that should have taken 2
I had to rip out a whole section of LVP yesterday because I didn't let the glue tack up long enough. The planks kept shifting under my knees and I got so mad i just kept pushing them down. Ended up pulling it all up with a heat gun and starting over after lunch. Has anyone else had a glue job turn into a whole day project because of something simple like that?

nah but honestly the glue companies are so inconsistent with their tack times. like half the time they say "wait 10 minutes" but the humidity in your room completely changes everything. i've had glue that still felt wet after 20 mins and other batches that were ready in like 5. sometimes it really is the product not you.
