Wait what, you can actually focus on Dan Carlin's voice while doing precision work? That blows my mind. I tried listening to a podcast once while polishing and I ruined a lens because I got too into the story and lost my rhythm. Glass needs this steady, even pressure and my brain just can't do that and follow a complex narrative. I'm honestly impressed but also a little scared for your projects.

Yeah the "time flies" thing is so real. I was sanding this old table for hours last week and got through like three episodes of Hardcore History. Dan Carlin just makes you forget you're even doing a task.

Totally get that. I sanded a whole dresser listening to a history pod and forgot my arms were even moving.
