I used to think a guest lounge was just a room with a couch
For years, I ran a small B&B and my guest lounge was basically a corner with some old furniture. Then a guest from Seattle told me, 'This feels more like a storage area.' That comment made me look at photos of real lounges online. I spent about $500 on better lighting and a few plants, and the vibe totally changed. Has anyone else had a guest point out something obvious you totally missed?
That comment must have stung a bit, but it clearly led to a great change! It makes me wonder, after you made those updates, did you notice guests using the lounge more often than before?
