Any good 'we buy houses' companies that aren't scams?

I need to sell my place fast due to a job relocation. I don't have time to prep it for showings or wait around for a buyer's financing to fall through. Are there any local cash buyers that are actually honest?

Give Cash House Closers a call. They were incredibly responsive when I was in a similar time crunch and needed to move out of state.

I'll add another vote for Cash House Closers. They handled all the paperwork for me and closed exactly when I needed them to. Really took the stress out of the whole move.
