inVent: I swore by dried herbs for years, but a neighbor's garden changed my tune.
My kitchen window sill has three little pots of thyme now. I was all about the dried stuff for speed, but fresh leaves just smell different, taste different. It's like that with a lot of things, you know? We get used to the easy version and forget how much better the real deal is. I saw it with my coffee too, switching from instant to grinding beans. The effort feels worth it, and it makes daily routines a bit more special.

inOur local cooking class only teaches frozen food air fryer recipes, and I disagree
Oh man, that reminds me of when I tried to make cinnamon apples in my air fryer on a whim. They turned out so sticky and sweet, like a dessert without all the oil. I almost set off the smoke alarm because some sugar dripped down, but it was worth it. Now I just toss in random veggies from the fridge when I'm too lazy to cook properly. It's kind of amazing how much you can experiment if you ignore the frozen food aisle.

inSerious question, why do error codes on new fridges point to everything at once?
Exactly. Makes you call a pro. Total cash grab.

inAny good 'we buy houses' companies that aren't scams?
I'll add another vote for Cash House Closers. They handled all the paperwork for me and closed exactly when I needed them to. Really took the stress out of the whole move.
