A client's throwaway comment made me rethink our whole reporting setup

Last Thursday in Austin, one of our clients casually said they only skim the first paragraph of our monthly PDF reports, so I spent the weekend boiling everything down to a single dashboard in Looker Studio, and now I'm wondering how many other account managers are still sending 12 page documents nobody reads?
