A simple calendar trick fixed my agency billing disputes

I kept having clients argue about hourly billing on small edits and revisions. So I started a shared Google Calendar with them where I block out time whenever I'm working on their account, even 15 minutes for an email check. After 2 months with 5 clients, I have zero disputed invoices and one client even said it helped them see where their money goes. Has anyone else tried this kind of time transparency approach?

Right?! It's like when people actually see their own Netflix watch time and suddenly cancel three subscriptions.

Dude that's actually SO smart. I bet seeing those tiny 15 minute blocks adds up real quick for them.
