My old boss in Phoenix said to always ask an agency what they WON'T do, and that one line saved me $3,400
Interviewed 4 agencies for a rebrand and three of them got weirdly quiet when I asked that. Turns out the one that actually answered got the job, and they came in under budget. Anyone else use that trick when vetting agencies?
Oh wow, that is such a smart move! Asking what they won't do flips the whole thing and makes them show their real limits instead of just telling you what you want to hear. I'm stealing this for next time.
