Same SEO retainer, 8 months apart: my client's traffic dropped 60% and I can't figure out if it's Google or their new site edits
Tbh I've been managing this local plumbing client in Austin for 2 years, everything was steady until they hired a second agency to 'revamp' their blog in March. Since then their organic clicks fell from 4,200 to 1,700 a month, but the new agency's reports show zero errors. Has anyone else seen a content refresh actually kill rankings weeks later, or am I missing something obvious like a disavow file they uploaded?

Did you check if their new agency added a noindex tag to your old pages?
