Why does nobody talk about how long it takes to get a simple Google My Business listing fixed?

I had a client's address wrong for months and it took over 6 weeks and 4 support tickets to get it sorted. Has anyone else had to wait that long for a basic agency-level fix?

Six weeks is actually pretty quick. I've seen listings stuck in "pending" for over three months after a simple name change. The support system is completely broken, you just get copy-paste replies from different agents who don't read the ticket history. It's a black hole for basic business info.

Oh perfect. @ruby_murphy, the "different agents" thing is the real kicker, where you get to explain your whole problem again to someone new. It feels less like support and more like a really bad game of telephone.
