A bag of frozen dumplings in the air fryer changed my lunch game
I was reading the air fryer manual that came with my Instant Vortex 4 quart and found a note in it I never noticed before. It said frozen potstickers cook in 8 minutes at 390 degrees, and they come out crispy without any oil. I tried it with a bag of Bibigo dumplings from Costco, and they were better than the ones I used to pan fry. I just shake the basket halfway through and dip them in soy sauce mixed with chili crisp. Has anyone tried this with frozen gyoza from Trader Joe's, and do you spritz them with oil first?
