Air fryer salmon crispy skin debate with my brother
My brother swore the air fryer ruins salmon skin and made me try his pan sear method last Sunday in his tiny apartment. Honestly, after 3 tries at 400F for 8 minutes, I got better crunch than his stovetop ever gave me. Anyone else have family members who refuse to believe the air fryer can do fish right?
