Hit 500 meals in my air fryer last Sunday without realizing it

I counted back through my recipe notes and somehow cooked 500 different things in that little basket over the last 2 years. Has anyone else kept track of their total air fryer cooks or am I just weird about logging everything?

Holy cow, that's awesome! 500 is a solid milestone for sure. I think it says something about how we just find these little rituals that stack up without us even noticing, like the way you can blink and a whole season has passed. It's kind of cool to look back and realize how many small wins we've had that we never actually stopped to count. You're definitely not weird for logging it, if anything it's smart to see what's working and what's not.

Oh man, I was totally the opposite for so long. I used to think logging stuff like that was kind of overkill, like who has the time? But seeing you put it that way really hits different. It's funny, @quinnj24, you're right about the small wins piling up without us even knowing. Maybe I've been missing out by not paying closer attention to the little things that actually add up over time.
