Appreciation post: Overnight oats made my morning engine inspects way smoother
I used to skip breakfast or eat something heavy, and my focus would dip by lunch. Now I prep overnight oats the night before, and it keeps me full without the crash. Last week, I was checking valve clearances and didn't miss a single measurement. My coworker saw me eating it and tried it, now he swears by it too. It's just one less thing to worry about when you're up on a lift all day. Honestly, a good meal routine feels as important as having the right tools.

Last week, my buddy's overnight oats made him crash hard by 10 AM, ngl.

Bet your buddy forgot that oats need more than just milk to keep energy up, @troysingh. Sounds like he made a bowl of straight sugar that backfired. Next time tell him to add some nuts or protein powder so he doesn't faceplant before lunch.

10 AM crash from oats, @troysingh? That's just sugar with extra steps.
