Got called back to a job three times last week for a false alarm issue
Last Tuesday I installed a new DSC system in a house over in Oak Creek. Customer called Thursday saying the motion detector kept going off at 3 AM. Turned out the neighbor's cat was setting off a pet-friendly sensor I put in the living room. Had to swap it out for a dual-tech unit and move the placement higher up against a wall. Anyone else run into issues with pet immunity sensors not working like they claim?

Oh man, I had a similar thing happen with a wireless door sensor once. The homeowner's parrot kept flying into the door and setting it off because the magnet gap was too wide.

Feel your pain, I've been there with a sensor that just wouldn't cooperate.
