That one Thursday where three installs went sideways before noon
Last month I had a Thursday that still makes me shake my head. First job at 8am, the customer's brand new keypad was DOA right out of the box. Tossed in a spare from my truck and got it working, but lost 45 minutes. Second stop was a townhouse where the builder had stuffed the wiring behind a stud so bad I had to cut drywall just to reach it. By 11am I was on my third call, and the siren module shorted out the second I touched it to the zone. Has anyone else had a run of bad luck like that where everything just fought you?
