Is it just me or does it feel like every piece of software these days quietly breaks in the most annoying way possible? I swear I spend more time double checking my own work than the actual work itself now.

Cash was the only thing that clicked for me too. My app just made it too easy to shuffle money around and pretend I was still on track. There's something about physically watching the envelope get thin that makes you think twice.

The opposite advice got me once, people said add more and it just made me feel worse.

Felt that hard. I was riding in a downpour a few months ago and thought I was fine in my work pants, but by the time I hit the last mile my legs were shaking so bad I could barely pedal. Now I throw a pair of those packable frogg toggs in my bag and I don't even think about it. It's funny how one bad ride just flips a switch in your brain. I used to judge people with them too, now I'm like, yeah, you get it. Being cold and wet on the bike just ruins your whole day.

Man that dry flat struggle is real, I feel your pain lol. Separating at 165 makes so much sense though, the point can take the extra heat while the flat stays protected. Gonna try that next weekend on my 14 pounder, thanks for sharing the method.
