Three installs on one block in Mason, Ohio and every single panel was a different brand

Thursday morning I put in a DSC on Birchwood, then a Honeywell two houses down, and by 3pm a Qolsys at the corner house, all separate jobs that somehow came in the same week, and I keep wondering if the neighbors are comparing notes on which system looks cooler through the window.

Wait, do you honestly think those homeowners haven't already put a group chat together about this? Three houses on one block, all getting security systems in the same week, that's not a coincidence, that's a neighborhood watch meeting that went sideways. I'd bet money the guy with the Honeywell is telling the Qolsys owner his panel screen looks like a toy, and the DSC lady is just happy hers doesn't beep every time a leaf falls. Did any of them ask you which one was the "best" while you were packing up your tools? Because that's the real test of your people skills, right there.
