Hit 17 house reno quotes this year and only 3 came back on time

I run a small siding crew out of Red Deer and this year I tracked every single quote I sent out, 17 total. Only 3 of those clients got their numbers back within the 2 week window I promised, the rest took 3 to 6 weeks or straight up ghosted me. Is that just the new normal in Alberta, or am I doing something wrong with how I follow up?
