Dead oak in my neighbor's yard went from sketchy to safe in 3 weeks after one proper prune cut
My neighbor over on Elm Street had this big dead oak leaning toward his garage and he kept putting off dealing with it until a storm knocked a limb onto his fence in April. He finally paid a crew $900 to take the weight off the heavy side with a proper reduction cut and you could literally see the lean change in a week. Is it just me or do most homeowners wait until something falls before they call anybody?
