Counted 214 bones in one dig unit, blew my expectations

We pulled 214 discrete bone fragments out of a 2x2 meter unit in 3 days near Trowbridge, mostly cattle ribs and a shattered boar skull. I figured maybe 40 would be the cap for that much fill, but the midden pit just kept giving. Anyone else hit a number way past what the site report suggested?
