Tried a 10 minute morning stretch for 2 weeks and my back pain actually dropped

I've been dealing with a tight lower back for like 3 years from standing at the line all day. A buddy told me to try a quick yoga flow before my shift, just 10 minutes of cat-cow and forward folds. After 5 days I noticed I wasn't cracking my back every hour. By day 14 I could actually bend down to grab low shelf stuff without wincing. Anyone else find a tiny habit that actually fixed something they'd just learned to live with?

Oh man, that reminds me of when I finally figured out my hip was the reason my knee kept hurting... I spent like 2 years just dealing with it, thinking I tweaked something running. Then my sister who's a massage therapist noticed I was walking with my right foot turned out, all from sitting weird in my car. I started doing these super simple hip openers, just 5 minutes of pigeon pose while watching tv at night. Within a week my knee stopped clicking when I went downstairs. It's crazy how one little thing can be tied to something totally different in your body and you just assume it's normal until it's not.

Wait you mean 3 years of back pain just gone from 10 minutes of stretching?
